Community Outreach Coordinator


Prosio Communications is a Roseville-based public relations, graphic design and community outreach firm specializing in communication programs for public sector agencies throughout California. Our team develops award-winning campaigns focused on important California issues, including environmental sustainability, traffic safety, consumer protection, healthcare, housing, and higher education.


We are seeking a community outreach coordinator to help support our clients and our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project and client support across multiple campaigns
  • Assist with event planning and on-site event support
  • Support community outreach campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist with media relations activities and research
  • Support development of communication plans and campaigns
  • Assist with proposal preparation and new business efforts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1 year of relevant agency experience preferred
  • Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Spanish or Mandarin fluency and multicultural outreach experience are a plus
