Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

 

Client Services and Account Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and proactive communication
  • Develop and manage project timelines, coordinate deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope
  • Collaborate with internal teams

 

Content Creation

  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, newsletters, blogs, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Write, edit, and proofread content that aligns with client messaging, brand standards, and communication objectives
  • Assist in the development of integrated communications and marketing strategies
  • Create content calendars and support ongoing campaign execution
  • Research industry trends, audience insights, and emerging content opportunities

 

Digital Marketing and Campaign Support

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns
  • Support social media management, paid and organic campaigns, email marketing efforts, and audience engagement initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations based on analytics and reporting
  • Coordinate digital assets and ensure brand consistency across channels
  • Support integrated campaigns that connect digital, social, video, and traditional marketing tactics
 
 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, digital media, graphic design, or a related field
  • Four (4) years of experience in account services, marketing, communications, public relations, or agency environments
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience designing collateral and visual communications
  • Video development and editing experience
  • Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing platforms
  • Agency or client-service experience preferred
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • Graphic design, video production and experience in Adobe Creative Suite a plus
