Sutter Health

With a rapid growth in the healthcare industry, coupled with an aging nursing workforce, Sutter Health realized a need to appeal widely to graduating nursing students, but also to plant the seed early among new nursing students to create awareness of Sutter’s many career options. Prosio Communications is developing a 360-degree campaign to reach millennial nursing students and recent graduates to urge them to consider Sutter as an option when planning their career path. These efforts include baseline research to gauge awareness and perceptions, strategy, messaging and content development based on research findings, and ongoing public relations activities such as writing and grassroots outreach planning.
