With a combination five subsidiaries and more than 50 operational plants, Pacific Coast Building Products hired Prosio Communications to develop a company-wide crisis and communication plan to ensure synergy in its response readiness and process. The team actively conducted strategic workshops with all major subsidiaries to outline and address potential crises, develop response protocols and create overarching guidelines for all scenarios, and create a virtual manual for all locations. The team continues to consult the company and its subsidiaries as crises arise and provide ongoing support and messaging strategies to address issues and engage all key internal and external stakeholders.
