It’s no secret that our team works hard, and we can’t help but share how much we love the work that we do. We’ve been fortunate enough to help Breathe California Sacramento Region (BREATHE) plan and promote its annual Clean Air Awards ceremony for the past three years. This year however, PC worked with BREATHE to revamp the event for 2017 to appeal to a wider and more diverse audience. Our efforts included the development of a new logo and branding, along with event planning services, production of an event promotion video and aggressive media relations activities.

We focused much of our efforts on generating awareness and media coverage for Breathe Fest, a fun and exciting event which included a venue change to the exclusive Sacramento Railyards, and tons of local vendors (#sacramentoproud!), including food and beverages from the Federalist Public House, Chando’s Tacos and Buckhorn Grill. This was a chance for BREATHE to bring awareness to the importance of recognizing its Clean Air Champions in a more upbeat, exciting atmosphere sure to appeal to a broader audience.

We are so excited that our efforts received the attention of some of the local radio stations and newspapers, and helped to increase ticket sales this year. We were also able to lend a hand in the creation of a 60 second video spot promoting the event, which was played before and during halftime of a recent Kings game at the new Golden1 Arena.

The PC team is excited to see the continued success of the Breathe Fest event, and Breathe California Sacramento Region and its mission to fight for clean air, improve lung health and eliminate tobacco from people’s lives.
