Tacos and chips and guac – oh my! In true PC-fashion, the team took advantage of the perfect excuse for a celebration with a catered lunch at the office – Cinco de Mayo style. Between the authentic Mexican cuisine, endless chips and guacamole and laughs with the team, it was a pretty exciting Thursday around the office.
Of course, no Cinco de Mayo fiesta would be complete without a little friendly competition, so several team members put their guacamole-making skills to the test in our first annual “Guac-Off.” It’s safe to say there was some tough competition, but Alma’s secret recipe proved to be the winning hit! Congrats, Alma!
We’re already counting down to the next excuse for an office celebration, but not before we tackle those leftovers.
