Placer SPCA

Prosio Communications was hired by the Placer Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) to handle media relations efforts for its July, 2015 Milestone Celebration, which unveiled the plans for the nonprofit’s new adoption center. Our team utilized existing relationships with Sacramento media to draft, distribute and pitch promotional materials and secure media coverage, while also providing assistance with the development of media kits and on-site media coordination. Our efforts garnered event and promotional release coverage in six print and television outlets, including Fox 40, Sacramento Business Journal, Roseville Press Tribune, Lincoln News Messenger, Placer Sentinel and Auburn Sentinel.
