California Housing Finance Agency

The California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) supports the needs of renters and homebuyers by providing financing and programs that create safe, decent and affordable housing opportunities for low- to moderate-income Californians. Prosio Communications was hired in 2016 to assist CalHFA with raising the profile of the agency’s multifamily housing division. Our team developed a comprehensive marketing and public relations plan designed to position CalHFA Multifamily as a leader in affordable housing. Our services include content creation and writing, industry outreach, media relations, and planning and management for events and speaking engagements.
