Full-Time Administrative/Accounting Assistant
Prosio Communications is looking to add a full time administrative/accounting assistant to its dynamic and fun team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable individual to support the agency with general administrative and billing support tasks.
The admin/accounting assistant will report to the business operations manager and will be responsible for several key office duties, including AR/AP data entry, credit card reconciliation, office supplies maintenance and other general administrative services, including administrative support of the company management team and CEO.
Ideal candidates will be outgoing and able to comfortably engage with the public, possess excellent verbal and written communications skills and possess a high level of organizational skills, as well as a strong ability to work with confidential business information. Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative/office support services experience required. Basic bookkeeping, including proficiency with QuickBooks and MS Excel, as well as an ability to multi-task and deal with occasional tight deadlines to help support our rapidly growing company is encouraged.
